Shipping & Delivery
If you place the order before 1:00pm Eastern Time, we will do our best to ship that same day, insuring you get the product you ordered as fast as possible. If it is a larger order, some of our LTL carriers require a much larger window for pickup and can cause the ship date to be pushed by an additional day. All shipments will be sent from central Ohio and that, in most cases, you can expect your shipment within 1 to 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automatic email, containing you tracking information. Please keep that for your records, bearing in mind this will be the best source to get the fastest and most up to date movement of your order.
Our products leave the warehouse in mint condition and well packaged. We understand that during transit products can be damaged.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect products BEFORE you sign and accept the delivery. If the product is damaged or looks like it could be damaged, please note it on the delivery driver's receipt that you are required to sign. Once completed, email info@chromewholesale.com with photos of the damage and any additional information. We will then file a claim with the delivery company and ship you a new product.
If the product doesn't require a signature upon delivery, then please inspect the product as soon as possible. You must contact us within 15 days of the day of delivery if there is an issue.
